We are seeking passionate, client-focused Store Assistant's to join our Sydney and Melbourne teams part time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring each visit is a memorable experience.
- Team Support: Work alongside our Melbourne team to contribute to a positive, motivating environment for both staff and clients.
- Brand Representation: Lead by example in upholding our brand values of ethical and transparent handmade jewellery.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, feedback, and sales with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for jewellery and an enthusiasm for handmade and ethical craftsmanship.
- Exceptional people skills and a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Mondays from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM initially, with flexibility and the possibility of additional shifts ongoing.
